By accessing or using Growmark ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Permitted Use
Growmark is provided for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. You may use the Tool to process images you own or have legal rights to modify. You agree not to use Growmark to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.
3. Prohibited Use
You may not use Growmark to process images for unlawful purposes, to facilitate copyright infringement, or to circumvent digital rights management systems in a manner not permitted by applicable law. Commercial redistribution of the tool without written permission from Growistan Venture is prohibited.
4. No Warranties
Growmark is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Growistan Venture does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of results produced by the Tool.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growistan Venture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Tool.
6. Privacy
Growmark processes all images locally in your browser. No user data, images, or personal information is collected, stored, or transmitted to any server. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
The Growmark name, design, and underlying source code are the property of Growistan Venture. The reverse alpha-blending algorithm is based on publicly documented mathematical principles. GROWMARK and GROWISTAN are trademarks of Growistan Venture.
8. Modifications
Growistan Venture reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
