Growmark processes all images 100% locally in your browser. We collect no personal data, store no images, and transmit nothing to any server. This is not just a promise — it is technically enforced by the browser-only architecture.
1. Data We Collect
Growmark does not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information. We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or session storage for user profiling purposes.
2. Image Processing
All image processing occurs entirely within your web browser using the HTML5 Canvas API and JavaScript. Images you upload are never transmitted to Growistan Venture's servers or any third party. Images are loaded into browser memory, processed, and discarded when you close or reset the tool.
3. Third-Party Services
Growmark loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS CDN for styling purposes. These services may log your IP address as part of standard CDN operation. No images or personal data are shared with these services.
4. Metadata Reading
Growmark reads EXIF metadata from uploaded images solely to determine whether the image is an original Gemini AI output. This metadata is read locally and is never transmitted or stored.
5. Children's Privacy
Growmark does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The tool does not require registration or personal data input of any kind.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Growmark after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
